All Orders received will be packed and dispatched the next business day.

If something is missing from your order, or you have not received it within the Australia Post stipulated time frame, please contact us at customerservice@kmcr.com.au


Payment

All orders must be paid for in full via our online payment systems prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for an order, please contact us at customerservice@kmcr.com.au


Delivery

Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters offers two delivery services via Australia Post. Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters will not be held responsible for the late delivery of any order unless it is due to the action of Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters. All orders are dispatched from Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters Head Office located in Coburg North, Melbourne.


Refund and Returns Policy

Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters endeavours to always provide freshly roasted coffee of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee, please contact us at customerservice@kmcr.com.au.

Please note we will replace your order if there is a quality concern regarding your coffee. We cannot offer return shipments for orders placed with an incorrect grind, blend or quantity.
